Over the last six years, I've spent most of my time at the intersection of HR Tech and EdTech, two spaces that look very different on the surface but share the same core challenge: getting the right information to the right person at the right time.

Some weeks that means writing multi-agent systems, Other weeks it means sitting across from a client and building the business case for why their organisation needs to change. I've learned to be comfortable with both.
